Ingredients: 225 g Cocoa butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup cocoa powder;
1 egg, 2 1/2 cup milk powder, 3/4 cup flaked almonds.
Making instructions: First preheat the oven to 180 C, Line the tray with waxed or
baking paper. Beat the cocoa butter in a bowl, add in the sugar gradually and then the cocoa. Keep beating the mixture until light and fluffy. Mix thoroughly, the milk powder and mix the almonds together. Spread the mixture in the tray. Bake this in the preheated oven for a few minutes till it gets a glazed look. Leave in the tray to cool down. Cut into bars while warm and put in the refrigerator.
