We Have Rented A House For 10 Yrs, Have 3 Kids, And I Have Become Disable (my Hearing Is In About 3 Months). We Are 2 1/2 Months Late With The Rent, How Quickly Can Our Landlord Evict Us?

Our landlord is hinting at eviction for being 2 1/2 months late with the rent. I am disable, and have a hearing schedule in a couple of months. We have three small kids (10, 7, & 5). My husband is unable to work since I am in the hospital so often. How easy will it be for the landlord to evict us?

It is very easy for the landlord to get you guys out from the house, but it is very necessary for you to have a discussion with him and tell him the problems you are facing because the landlord can help you out if he understands your problem.
