My Dog Is Having Trouble Breathing?
When she breaths she clinches her stomach,her eyes are watery.and barely opened

Your dog is either ill or she has eaten something which is causing problem. So you should contact the Vet as soon as possible to diagnose the problem correctly. Don't waste your time and do it.
