How Do I, Myself, Fix A Faucet Leak?
The water comes out in a very thin stream when I turn either knob on. (The pressure is very low. There is not enough water to do anything except brush your teeth.) When I turn both off, it still leaks a very thin stream of water.

You could have a broken washer that is blocking the water flow and also not sealing the faucet when it is turned off. It is probably ripped and in both the seal and the water flow. There could also be a lot of calcium built up but I would go with the mis-seated broken washer #1.

Pee on some poop and let it burn. When its done, simmer it in chopped onions. Cool off with more pee and enjoy.
