Can I Feed My Kittens Canned Milk?

I am on a fixed income and can't afford the replacement milk in the stores. Can I feed my kittens canned milk if I mix it with water? They are about four weeks old. I found them and don't know where MOM is. Thanks, Faith

I know this answer is a little late, but find a goat farm, goat milk is acceptable for most animals.
