You need to to go to the public assistance office and put in your application to get assistance. Then you need to apply for social security if you are legally disabled, and comply with what they tell you, they will have you talk to doctors about all of this. Most importantly, make sure that you get the state assistance before you do anything else. I really wish you the best of luck in yours and your children's lives.
