Is There A Way To Find Out If My X Is Filing Jointly Or Single And Hiding Her True Income ?

My X has remarried and I don't think she is actually claiming what she makes. She works for her new husband and I think she is hiding income to avoid having child support modified in my favor. If she is in fact filing singally, what can I do to prove they are hiding income. They own 2 businesses but I'm not sure if her name is on them officially and I have no way of knowing how they filed their income taxes.

What you are describing is fraudulent activity. That makes Jack very angry. You can report these "taxpayers" on a form 3949-A. Go to IRS.GOV  On the "keyword/search terms" field in the top right corner, enter the form number, and hit enter or search. You can complete the form on the screen and print it out. Provide all information you have, including names,  Employer ID Numbers (EIN), Ssns, addresses, etc. Mail it to the address in the instructions. The U.S. Tax system is based on individuals voluntarily paying their fair share of taxes. If not....... You don't know Jack.
