Is It In Pdf Format?
I do not want an "online" encyclopedia. I want one that is a fully tabbed PDF file that can be downloaded to and read by a PDF reader directly from my hard disk and/or flash card. Is Encarta one? If not, does anyone know of one such?

The pdf file will have extension of .pdf in the end. For example a file named 123 will have full name 123.pdf if it will be a pdf file. To check if it is a pdf file or not. Right click on the file and click on properties. It will tell you about the file type.

The question is NOT how to open a PDF file. The question is whether an encyclopedia file of type (extension) PDF exists, and is available for free (or at least cheap) download.
