Aichas answer is incorrect. The name of the band is the "ides of march". The band was founded in 1964 in berwyn, illinois just outside chicago. The songwriter was jim peterick who was the co-founder of the band survivor. Storyteller is actually a 4 cd disc compilation of some of the greatest songs of the 60s and 70s, but this song isn't even on this 4 disc set. It may be hard to find it anywhere, although you will find it on limewire and you my find it in a used record store either on a 70s compilation or on an "a" or "B" side 45  record.

Group: The Ides Of March, the song: Vehicle. The first song on the LP or CD of the same name (Vehicle, released 1970). Can be found a lot of places, including Amazon, where you can buy the song, or the whole CD.
