Well there are quiet a few ways using which you can improve you basic grammar, start off by reading simple English language novels or books. Try to interact as much as possible in English with other as this will help you achieve better command over your language.

Try watching English language channels and movies and try to learn different from them. It you can then get your self enrolled in Basic English learning classes, these classes will give you enough exposure to the English language and will also show you different ways and methods which you apply to overcome the grammatical mistakes.

Grammar basically is the learning of rules governing the application of the language. The subfields of modern day grammar are phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, etc.
