Are Oats Gluten-free?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Oats do not contain gluten naturally, but they are often cross contaminated with gluten from wheat that is harvested with the same equipment.  Some Celiac patients can eat oats, while others show sensitivity at times.  To be sure, oats should be purchased that are listed as 'gluten free.'
