Ive Been Having Bad Back Pains Just On One Side Of My Back....what Does That Mean?

Back pain can mean anything from kidney problems to  gall bladder...those would depend on which side you are hurting on and exactly how far in the back the pain is.  Of course, it would also be a back sprain from lifting or doing some moving of a heavy object.  Pain could happen from a mattress that is old and out of shape and does not support you correctly.  You could be having spine problems such as a bulging disk or your spine could be out of alignment.  As you can see, any number of things can be causing your problem.  The best, and truthfully on the only way,  to know for sure is to schedule an appointment with your physician.
