How Do You Treat An Ingrown Toenail?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

If it is an ingrown toenail the only process that is going to be helpful is to cut it out of the sore area.  You can do this or you can go to a podiatrist (foot specialist).  If you attempt to do it,  be sure you use clean equipment.  The last thing you need on top of an ingrown toenail is an infection.  Personally, I would go to the foot doctor but then I am a coward when it comes to doing that sort of thing on myself.  I know you are hurting, nothing much worse than having your foot hurt all the time!  This is not something that will just go away.  You must remove the offending nail or have it removed.  Good Luck.
