The top five styles of architecture are following.
Arabesque: It is Arab style of architecture, which stands for a complex intertwining design of geometric patterns, used decoratively in early Islamic architecture. In this style, an ornament or style that employs flower, foliage or fruit and sometimes animal and figural outlines to produce an intricate pattern of interlaced lines. Arabesque style is characterized by minarets, domes, mosaic etc.
Byzantine: It is a style in painting and architecture, which describes the style of architecture of the Byzantine Empire, esp. of the 5th and 6th centuries, characterized by a central dome over a square space sometimes surrounded by group of smaller domes, round arches, mosaics on wall and floors, marble veneering etc.
Classical: Architecture esp. of the renaissance and of the classical revival in W. Europe (1770-1840), based on that of ancient Greece and Rome.
Corinthian: The style of architecture, resembling to, or resembling one of the Greek classical orders of architecture, characterized by bell-shaped capitals ornamented with acanthus leaves and pillars 10 times their diameter in height.
Doric: A style of architecture, resembling one of the classical orders of Greek architecture characterized by pillars having no ornament on their capitals, and 8 times their diameter in height.
