It is much easier to list which animals DO lay eggs, since this is in farm animals I will assume thats what you mean:
Turkey
Chicken
Geese
Ducks
Quail
Guineas
all of these are considered "Poultry" and lay eggs. The eggs you buy from the grocery store however are all chicken eggs.
