Is The Boss Always Right?

The maxim 'the boss is always right' has been one of the most humorous and popular ones in the corporate world. Many a tales have been spurn on the subject where somebody or the other recounts the funny and not so funny experiences they have had at their workplace.

Several people who have climbed the ladders of success testify to the fact that the boss is always right. According to veterans of the corporate world there are only two things that are definite career killers; the first is telling the boss that he is wrong and then proving that he is wrong. In situations where one may have to put forth a conflicting viewpoint with respect to the boss, proper communication as anywhere else is vitally important. The primary aim of any employee would be to make the boss' task easier rather than creating any difficulties in the procedure  .
