2 light fixtures, 2 switches, 2-wire wiring...how to connect to control both lights from both switches

You say reconnect. If you have removed switches and are trying to put in new switches it can be complicated because the new switch screws are not always oriented the same as the older ones. If you have some test devices you can trace the connections from the diagram.
