This is obvious that the postage rates will be lower for the bulk mail instead of the single small mails. Now as the postage rates are lower for such bulk mails but it is also not recommended that every one starts to choose the bulk mail option to send the mail. There are certain reasons when the service of bulk mail must not be recommended for example if the annual ratio of your mails is only two or three then this is not wise to select the bulk mail service; this option works well if you have to send so many mails in a year. So, you should select this service only if you have so many mails to send on regular basis.
There are charges on bulk mail services and if you have to send only few mails then just avoid availing this option because you must have to pay the charges for hiring this service. On the other hand if you simply send the mail then hopefully you will be paying less postage charges. So, in simple though the postage charges on bulk mails are lesser but this is not a good idea to hire the service in all situations.
