Dogs can get gastric ulcers secondary to many conditions.  Clinical signs are often nausea, drooling, vomiting, lethargy, abdominal discomfort, anorexia, and if they are bleeding digested blood in the stool.  If your dog is exhibiting these signs seek veterinary medical attention.  An endoscopy will confirm gastric ulcers and other diagnostics will help search for the underlying cause.  Supportive treatment can also be initiated.
