Yes, you still can become pregnant because men have pre-cum before ejaculation takes place and the sperm cells are alive also. If you are certain that you don't want children right now and this is your form of birth-control, then you need not trust this method. How ever your chances of becoming pregnant may be lowered , but the withdrawal method should not be trusted. It is not 100% safe at all.
