    All you have to do is eat healthy food and get atleast 1 hour 30min of exrise a day

      Jogging really helps me ^^ well it depends on what you like, since exercising shouldn't be a daunting task, it should be enjoyable. And also, eating right. Unless you're really good at balancing the stuff you eat with the exercise you do.
