What Are Some Symptoms Of Rectal Cancer, And What Should I Do?

I have noticed for several months now, that when i have a bowel movement there is a lot of blood on the toilet paper, sometimes in the water and sometimes in the stool itself.I have had vomiting lately and fatigue also.I am really scared, what do i do?I drink only diet pop and I take lots of advil, ibuprofen and aleve.I had the gastric bypass, so I have diarrhea and gas all the time, so that's hard to call that one.

Besides rectal bleeding and pain, what could other symptoms be? Severe fatigue, no energy? Could these be symptoms also in someone who has don't been diagnosed yet?

You need to get yourself to a doctor and get tested.  I didn't even have all of the symptoms you do, and yes they are symptoms of rectal cancer, and I had Stage III.

There could be one of several reasons. This would indicate that the blood is coming from a more superficial site, as is the case with haemorrhoids (piles), for example, perhaps the commonest cause of blood in the motions. Accompanying symptoms can also include pain and the swollen lumpiness of the varicose veins, which can be felt as they push out through the anus. A simple examination carried out by the doctor will confirm the diagnosis, but if this proves not to be the case, further investigations are essential.
