My Sister Wants The House In Her Name. I Want To Transfer. But The Property Owes Taxes. Can We Transfer Title Of House?
We owe property taxes. My sister wants the property since my dad passed away. I want to transfer title of house. Back taxes owed. Can we do this?

It is difficult to transfer property unless or until all the papers and takes are clear. But I also suggest you to consult a lawyer for property matter. The law is different for different countries.
