Well, you and I would find it very strange and I think have a LOT of fun to walking on the Moon! 1st you need to remember that the gravity on the Moon is 1/6 the pull of the force on the Earth. So what this means if that if you weighted say 100 lbs on the Earth, you would weight only about 60 lbs on the Moon. NOW you do have to remember that you would be wearing a Spacesuit while on the Moon, or else you would die! So there is added weight there. The Apollo Suits weighed some where around 300 to 400 lbs. Infact the current Spaceshuttle crews can't even walk on earth with their suits on. BUT in space, that is NOT near the problem that you might think. The crews working of the moon found that a kinda hippity/hop step seemed to work better than a normal walk. They certainly appeared to be enjoying themselves while up there.
