Other things that I have been asked quite often are:
1. Tell us about your educational background
2. Which subject did you enjoy most during college and why?
3. When did you feel most challenged on your job and how did you cope with the challenge.
4. Tell us of a time when you have pulled yourself and your organization out of a fix.
