In Maryland, How Long Do You Have To Move Out Of Your House After An Eviction If You Have Children?
I know in Maryland you have 30 days after an eviction to move out but isn't it longer (I think 60 days) if you have children?

I don't see any law which says that you can get 30 more days if you have children in Maryland. For a complete booklet of the law in Maryland, visit the link below.
