I wanna know how are i can differentiate a good virtual memory and a good RAM from a bad one

Virtual memory is like a staging area. When you make a command ram moves the program...like a game, into the staging area so that the program can be used in it's entirety. In simple terms, you can tell that ram and virtual memory are working because the program you chose is running.
