What Does Communicating With Empathy Mean?

This means understanding the feelings and emotions of others. Like putting yourself in someone else's shoes.

Eiley has a good answer about empathy. You know most people would think of speaking when they think of the word communicating. I like to think of listening as one of the most important aspect's of communicating.  So to me I think communicating with empathy also means that you are a very good listener.
