Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

The job of a customer service manager in a bank is to be an interface between the bank and the customer. He is often the single point of contact for the customer.

His prime job responsibility is to ensure that customers are treated fairly by the bank. He will be an expert at dispute resolution. In order to successfully resolve disputes he will need to know the various products and services inside out. He also tends to be a master at public relations. A bank has customers from all walks of life. Each of these customers could have a unique problem with one or more of the banks products.

A customer service manager will have the ability to educate and resolve the issue without expending too much of his resources on a particular individual. A customer service manager could have a team of executives who report to him and implement his strategies.
