Pretty sure you just keep tapping the F8 key as the BIOS is starting at bootup, you should be given the option for "Safe Mode" at that point.

As soon you restart your computer immediately tap the f8 key on the keyboard like you gotto start tapping continuously before you see any display on the screen... You will see a screen coming up called windows advanced options.. And then you will see the various options for safe mode
