Should I Give My Cat Vitamins?

My cat is about 5 years old in human years. Since she's getting older should I be giving her vitamins and if yes then how would I know what kind of vitamins I need? And also should I get powder vitamins, pills, gummies, etc? I want to give her vitamins because shes been kind of lazy and I don't want her to be unhealthy and gain a lot of weight so maybe the vitamins will give her an extra boost so she will be more playful and burn off all that fat. If it matters she's 11 pounds.

I buy them from the vet shop up the road, they aren't really all that expensive, and they help with the coat too, I know, I have a long hair cat, she's beautiful. In the vet shop there are many over the counter things that you can get for them there. Hope this helps you out.

Vitamins are a great idea. Whichever form she will take is what I would give her. Good luck and best wishes. Peace

That is a great idea as it will keep her bones healthy and give her more energy and i would give her the liquid form and put it in her food that way she gets it all.

No because your cat is not older enough and it might die
