As it is said 'practice makes a man perfect'; chocolate making sessions can make you perfect at making chocolates. Take four squares of chocolate (bitter chocolate). Melt them by heating and cool the heated chocolate to room temperature. Take one pound butter and cream it for twenty minutes. Add two cups of granulated sugar and keep it for creaming for twenty minutes again. Add four eggs to this butter one by one and after each addition beat the mixture of butter and egg for minutes.

Add the previously melted chocolate to this mixture and beat for five minutes. Then, add vanilla and again beat for five minutes. This whole mixture is poured into a baked pie shell and for refrigeration in chill tray for the whole night. One can top the frozen chocolate with cream and nuts before serving. The above amount of chocolate yields six servings.
