The statistics obtained in the month of April, 2007, property market of the prime central London has shown an annual increase of 32%. It has been found that due to inflation the value of flats and penthouses have increased having an average value of more than 1.5 million pounds and houses have an average value of more than 3 million pounds. This shows that the value has increased considerably in the past three pounds at a rate of 8.9%. In the month of March it was the increment was at the rate of 32 % which was at 17.3% in the previous six months.
The highest average value of houses in London is £296,160 and has found to be increasing by observing the pattern of average house value in the past years .The lowest average value of houses in London are mostly found at the north eastern part of London having a value of £146,183.
