You are asking someone who wasn't allowed to have friends for 28 years, and when I did get one, he would chase them off. My man didn't have friends, he was obviously a control freak, mentally and verbally abusive, then physically. He was a heavy drinker too, and had an ego the size of a semi, so not a lot of people stuck around to be friendly with him. Lol I think men bond, just like women do, but they just do it differently, because women place high value on friendships too. Hope this helps you out.
