Are The First Class Stamps With A Flag On A Gold Background With No Value On Them Forever Stamps?

Answer Question

No, they have a value of 39 cents. If you look with a magnifying glass on the flag pole, you can see 2007 on it. When you research, the value was 39 cents then.

Thanks! I would have never seen the year on the flag pole, even with my magnifying glass without you telling me where to look!

I went to a website that says it's a 41 cent stamp....If it is in fact the same one that I have had questions on too.  If not there are other pictures of stamps w/values on this website.

They are not forever stamps, but they do have a value of 41 cents. Go to USPS.com and search for '2007 price change stamps' to verify if needed.

        Per the USPS website:

"I have non denominated American Flag stamps. Will I need additional postage?

Yes. The postage value of the non denominated American Flag stamp is 41 cents. Any mail piece subject to a higher price will require additional postage."

This is a pdf file from the USPS showing the picture of the stamp, and its value (along with other non-denominated stamps).  pe.usps.gov page says it is 41 Cents (American Flag) and was issued April 12, 2007.
