I would like to know is helium matter?

    Helium is not matter. Helium is a gas. This gas is used in balloons. Helium gas does not have any colour, odour or taste. For more information on helium please click the following link.

      I'm sorry my friend but your answer is incorrect.  I have worked with chemicals since 1964 and I can assure you most definitely that Helium, as well as all of the other elements listed on the Periodic Table, is indeed matter.  You may be confusing it with one of the three physical states of matter:  Solid, liquid, or gas.  Helium is indeed a gas, but all gases, liquids and solids are also matter!
