Second, try giving a lot of realistic facts or even examples from your very own life that will support your point. Third, stay calm and relaxed. Do not panic and don't be nervous. The most important part of your entire presentation is the first 30 seconds. Generally audiences judge you on the opening speech. If you grasp them in the beginning, you definitely have a listening ear all way long. Fourth, try using humor to an extent, this would help. But do not over exaggerate on the humour factor it could affect your presentation. And lastly, make sure of the strength of audience you going to present to. Always walk in earlier so you have a felling of the place and could probably come up with something unique that you could perform for your presentation.
