I Cant Do The New Hours Imposed By My Employer Do I Qualify For Unemployment?

    I hate to say this but I don't believe if you quit that you will get unemployment easily.  I believe it's best to be laid off or fired if you want to apply for unemployment.  My first suggestion is to consider the fact that MANY people are looking for jobs right now and being happy just to have one as well as a steady reliable income.  I also have to remind you that unemployment income will NOT be nearly the income you are accustomed to getting.  I do not know how much you get paid either...

    If you start to come in late and start under performing, especially now, most employers will take note of that and eventually people will start complaining about you and you'll be laid off/fired.  Basically, act as if you've recently had some severe brain trauma and can't even remember how to scratch your ass so they'll figure it out quickly and then can you.  I do not suggest getting into fights with employees or doing anything ridiculous like sending prank emails to the CEO.  But under-performing and lateness is usually noticed first...so...
