Dull Eyes ... How Do I Get 'STAND OUT' Eye Colour?

Some one told that your eye colour can change a bit? I don't know if this is true but i would really like my eyes to be more of a brighter green. They are a dull greeny brown. Is there anything I could do? I don't want surgery or contacts. Please help if you can or if this is impossible please tell me.

Wearing make of  the contrast color of your eyes will make the true brightness of your eyes stand out.  For example I have light green eyes so I wear black eye liner with purple eye shadow and it makes the green much more noticeable.

Unless you choose to wear color contacts, eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara can do the job. Based on your eye color, Alamay has great eyeshaw sets with three different colors. These will bring out your color. Eyeliner, especially black makes eyes pop instantly, I highly recommended Max Factor. For mascara, Cover Girl and Revelon have amazing wands. And for a wild, new look Max Factor has mascara with two different colors, the base coat and the highlighter. One other tip, smiling can make anyone eyes light up!

Do you have a touch of yellow in your eyes? Dull greeny brown sounds like hazel, which changes according to the colors around you and sometimes mood. I would wear Gold colors and dark greenish eyeliner, with grey or brown eyeshadow. Be sure to apply eyeliner to the space between lashes and inner eyelid on top. Wear a brownish or dark green liner under lower lashes and I would add a little sparkle somewhere to draw attention to them. Actually they sound very pretty!

Oddly enough, I've been drinking about 120-130 oz of water everyday for about the last week and I've noticed that my eye color is a little brighter.  I don't know if this claim is scientifically sound but it's just something that I've noticed.

I was researching this not too long ago.  I found that if you include raw meat in your diet it will show a slight change.  But the downside is that you have to eat it for awhile and it may only change a little bit.  Also there is some type of hypnosis that could be done to you, focusing around eye color.  It's like your mind is somehow controlling your eye color, it's really weird and I am unsure if it would actually work.  If there is a lot of light in your environment, this could cause a change in eye color.  Also doctors have been working on pills that you can take in order to change your eye color, even hair color.  I would definitely say, just get lenses though.
