Answer Question

I would use 2 cups of icing sugar.
2 and a half tablespoons of cream.
    4 tablespoons of butter.
I teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract
                        DIRECTIONS.
In a sauce pan over med heat, heat the butter and cream till butter is melted.
Stir in Vanilla or almond extract.Stir in icing sugar.Remove from heat and blend in electric mixer till thick and smooth. This is a great icing ,cookies or cupcakes can be stacked.Add food colouring of your choice if you so desire..It does change the texture of the icing so add slowly and you might have to use a little less cream......enjoy
