Actually, it really depends on where you are eating Chinese food, and what you consider Chinese food. What Americas get when we order Chinese food is not really even close to what people eat in China. I can tell you that from first hand experience. Most "ethnic" foods in America are not all that close to their regional counterparts. America Chinese food is mostly deep fried, and massively greasy. So, to put it simply, no. Sesame Chicken or other popular American Chinese dishes are not even remotely healthy. They are packed full of sugar, fat, and have virtually no vitamins or minerals.
I will agree that sushi is quite healthy, but it is a world away from Chinese food in America.

There is nothing wrong with Chinese food. You may have heard this before, or maybe not. If you look at Asian people, they always look healthy and appear to be 20 years younger than they actually are. They say this is because the Asian diet(Chinese food, rice, sushi, etc) is one of the best and is very healthy. I myself eat sushi 3 to 4 times a week, which is said to be to much. There is mercury in raw fish, especially tuna, but you eating Chinese food is totally different. Nothing wrong with eating Chinese food.
