    Stress usually magnifies even a small problem; the best way to stop yelling is by controlling your temper. When you are really angry and feel like yelling take long breaths, and try to divert your attention.

    When ever you're angry and feel like yelling, try different methods like, counting till ten, take a walk until you have calmed down. Instead of yelling try explaining your point of view. Always remember that yelling is not the solution and it always aggravates the situation.

    When ever you feel like yelling take control of your self and refrain from yelling no matter what happens. Try to meditate on daily basis as it will help your body relax. It is also a very useful way to leave go of stress.
