    Length of hypotenuse=20cm
    The length of other two sides=28cm
    let the two sides are x & y
    X+y=28cm
    As it is a right angle triangle so according to Pythagoras
    theorem;
    20^2=x^2+y^2
    Putting y=28-x in above equation
    X^2+ (28-x)^2 =400
    2X^2-56x+384=0
    X=16cm  ;  x=12cm
    When x=16cm then y=28-16=12cm
    When x=12cm then y=28-12=16cm
