How Can Teachers Add Art Lessons In The School Curriculum?

For example, the government want to add new subjects e.g drawing lessons, music lessons. Dance lessons, in the school curriculum so if i were a members of school how could i add then if the curriculum is already complete of the principal subjects e.g math. History.

You can only do it by advocating its use to the school management. And the important point to note is that the curriculum is never complete without art and literature.
