    Everyone loves having a big fancy television to brag to friends and family about and the Plasma screen TV is definitely one to boast about! It is high definition and it provides quality sharp pictures and colors. The great benefit of this type of television is that it is a flat screen which is visually appealing. It can also be easily mounted onto a wall, and you can purchase surround speakers to make your experience that extra bit better.

    The technology and science which goes into making this plasma TV tends to be quite complicated.

    With all of the benefits of having a plasma television, there are also some drawbacks too. They are prone to damage and all of the individual gas tubes inside the television can sometimes be damaged due to the TV being hit. If this happens they need replacing, and that is very expensive to do. Also, the plasma televisions have short shelf lives because the gases start to flicker instead of burn steadily over time. That's why when you purchase one of these televisions; it may be wise to get insurance and an extended warranty!
