Yes I can, after seeing my brother in law get sick from cirrhosis and eventually have a liver transplant, I decided no matter how fun it looks or how much fun I would have, I will not allow myself to over indulge in anything that will affect the way my body acts and reacts. I am no angel by any means but, after seeing what he went through, made me open my eyes and realize life is good no matter what. We are in charge of our happiness and health. It's up to us to take care of the one and only body we were given.
