Hi dear, sure we can be friends. To ask a person to be your friend, click on their name or avatar (picture), and it will take you to their page, up there just to the right of their avatar you will see add as friend. Then all you have to do is wait for them to accept or deny your request. To accept a friendship request, you will be on other pages and your avatar on the right will tell you that you have a request, and you just have to click on that and it will take you to the right page. If you see a red message at the top of your page reading "friend request" click on it then either accept or deny.
