We boil the artichokes in lemon water and then cut them in half and remove the middle "fuzz". I make a light version of poultry stuffing and after boiling and cutting them in half, put the stuffing in the middle cavity, drizzle olive oil on them and bake them.

I prepare the artichoke for boiling, cut the tips off the leaves, and dab with lemon juice, I add lemon slices and garlic to the water. For the dip, I use, sour cream, a little aujus, salt pepper, lemon juice, basil, oregano, and a dash of garlic powder. Mix well.
