It is very simple to enable cookies on Windows XP. Just open your Internet explorer, on the top banner click on tools, a menu will open. Change to security tab then click Custom level. Scroll down to the cookies section and enable the "Allow cookie that are stored on your computer" option then click ok.

Right click on internet explorer icon on the desktop. Click on properties. Select Security tab on the menu bar. Now click custom level at the bottom of the window and find option "allow cookies".

Secondly, repeat the same procedure, this time select privacy instead of security tab and adjust the slider to allow third party cookies.

Thank you for your response but the "Allow Cookies" didn't appear anywhere. Another response I received helped me out.
