    Hi

It is better to keep cooked meat refrigerated if possible.  The important thing is to make sure there is no chance of it coming in contact with uncooked meat.  Always store cooked me above uncooked meat in a fridge.

If it is not refrigerated, it would depend on what the temperature was as to how long it would remain fit for consumption.

It can be safe if you leave it unrefrigerated for about 45 minutes, but it also varies according to room temperature. If you refrigerate it, however, it can be eaten after 4 to 5 days. It is always preferable to keep cooked meat refrigerated.

If you don't refrigerate your cooked meat within about 45 min. After cooking, it starts to grow bacteria. This is the same with all food.
